The Opening


The mask of Zorro starts off with Zorro entering the scene. The background is black with only a peep hole of light; you can hear Zorro’s footsteps in the background momentarily. Then he comes into the scene with his sword to cut a big Z into the frame, thus showing the beginning of the title sequence.

The character Zorro is seen as the town hero, he is reliable and he’s always there to help. He also marks the walls with the letter Z, to show his presence to the town people and for the villains to know he’s still alive.
